- Support and Perform Equipment testing.
- Responsible for Product software setup, maintenance and technical support.
- Answer calls from customers and provide software and technical support through the phone, network and on-site
- Any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Higher Certificate / High Diploma or above in any engineering or science or testing & calibration relevant.
- General Science Knowledge
- General IT knowledge
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Well spoken and written English, Cantonese
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Outgoing personality,good team player
