Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of administrative service including minute documentation, equipment maintenance and event supplies procurement
Assist in formulating the administration and project related policies, guidelines, work instructions and arrange communications to all stakeholders etc.
Responsible for daily accounting operations, including preparation of invoice and receipt
Handle daily client enquiry via phone, email and whatsapp
Assist on quarterly event organizing
Assist to handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by Executive Director
Requirements:
● Diploma in accounting
or administration related disciplines or above is an advantage;
● 2-3 years relevant
working experience
● Experience in LinkedIn,
Whatsapp and email is a must
● Self-motivated, good
communication skills and able to work independently and multi-task;
● Proficiency in PC
skills (e.g. MS Excel, Word etc.);
● Good command of both
written and spoken in English and Chinese;
● Immediate available is
preferable
