Customer Officer - Korean Speaking (客戶主任, 韓文)

Your role

- To provide professional customer services to clients via phone calls / email / live-chat
- To handle customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events
- To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

To succeed in this role

- HKCEE / DSE graduated or above
- Fluency in Korean in both written and speaking is a MUST
- TOPIK level 2 or above
- Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Keen interest in lifestyle living
- Hand-on experience in travel booking, reservation and ticketing is preferred
- Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Shift duty is required
- Work location: Shatin
