Business Manager (South East Asia)

 Responsibilities  

• Business
  Development of Passive & Green Building Systems in Southeast Asia
  (SEA) market. 
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve
  sales targets and expand the market presence in Southeast Asia. 
• Explore new
  business opportunities and develop brand awareness and competitiveness. 
• Establish
  Sales Plan for SEA market. 
• Maintain client
  relationship management. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with
  clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
• Conduct market research to identify new
  opportunities and trends. 
• Oversee the management of daily operations and
  ensure compliance with local regulations. 
• Conduit sales activities and presentation to
  façade consultants, interior designers and architects 
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior
  management on business performance and market developments. 
• Prepare quotations and tender documents 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
  Engineering (Building Services) or a related field; 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business
  management or sales, preferably in SEA; 
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in sales
  and marketing field; 
• Self-motivated, energetic, presentable,
  detail-minded and able to work independently; 
• Understanding of the Southeast Asian market
  dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus; 
• Ability to travel frequently within the region; 
• Good communication and negotiation skills in
  English; 
• Proficiency in Chinese, English and Computer
  skills
