Job Info
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle clients enquiries via phone and email
- Liaise with clients on service requests & general inquiries for collection, delivery, provision of material, etc.
- Handle order and invoice processing
- Support Sales Team & ensure proper communication with Operations and notify Management of any difficulties
- Handle correspondence & documentation, department filing and record storage administration management
- Produce standard reports
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above with a minimum of 1-year working experience in the services industry or B2B customer service field
- Basic English abilities
- Good computer knowledge, telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant and cheerful
- Good sense of time management
