Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance daily retail operations, and monitor performance of the standard operations procedures to maximise sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service

Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and train retail staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the retail sector.

Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align strategies and optimize retail offerings.

Assist in setting up new stores and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget.

Requirements:

Non-Degree Tertiary or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.

At least 2 years relevant working experience in retail industry

Sound knowledge on POS system will be an advantage

Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese

Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;

Strong communication, organization and time management skills combine with problem solving mindset; 

Advanced analytical skills, strong leadership and decision-making skills

Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking; Good team player, initiative and independent
