Job Info

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance daily retail operations, and monitor performance of the standard operations procedures to maximise sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service
  • Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train retail staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the retail sector.
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align strategies and optimize retail offerings.
  • Assist in setting up new stores and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget.

Requirements:

  • Non-Degree Tertiary or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
  • Relevant working experience in retail industry is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge on POS system will be an advantage
  • Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills combine with problem solving mindset; 
  • Advanced analytical skills, strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking; Good team player, initiative and independent.
