Job Responsibilities
Lead Cultivation
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaign, social media, or website inquiries
- Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce HeyDouble’s matchmaking services and deliver overview sales presentation
Pre-sales
- Follow up closely with warm leads and schedule consultations with our Relationship Managers
- Share primary information such as dating goals and client information with Relationship Managers to ensure proper handover of client data
Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes
- Meet call and conversion targets
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Positive attitude and self-motivated and driven
- Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain motivation and confidence in the face of objection/rejection
- Strong team player with ability to foster trust and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders
