Job Responsibilities

Lead Cultivation

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaign, social media, or website inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce HeyDouble’s matchmaking services and deliver overview sales presentation

Pre-sales

  • Follow up closely with warm leads and schedule consultations with our Relationship Managers
  • Share primary information such as dating goals and client information with Relationship Managers to ensure proper handover of client data

Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes
  • Meet call and conversion targets

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain motivation and confidence in the face of objection/rejection
  • Strong team player with ability to foster trust and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders
