職責：
- 通過電話聯絡現有客戶，提醒客戶有關服務內容的更新資料
- 遵循既定程序及工作流程，確保客戶體驗愉快，提供準確及及時的資訊
- 執行指派的工作
- 每週工作5天，工作時間為10:00-20:00（每週42.5小時）
- 工作地點：屯門或沙田（近石門/第一城站）
要求：
- 中五畢業或以上
- 樂觀態度，主動，注重細節，具良好的人際關係及溝通技巧
- 具備良好的廣東話，簡單英語及/或普通話溝通技巧
- 熟悉常用的電腦軟件應用程序
- 即時可上班者優先
