Job Info
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and order processing
- Prepare quotations and follow up
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
- Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in purchasing and inventory coordination
Requirements
- Diploma or above preferred
- 2-3 years customer service or sales coordination experience
- Good command of Cantonese and English, spoken and written English is required
- Experience in trading industry is preferred, with food industry experience being an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and basic formulas); experience with ERP systems is an advantage. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-minded and customer-oriented
