Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming call on vendor / customer enquiries on online business and related services 
  • Support sales team work, include but not limited to preparation of invoices & reports 
  • Follow up after-sales service 
  • Take up ad-hoc duties as required 

  Requirements:

  • 2 year relevant working experience 
  • E-commerce working experience will be an added advantage 
  • Diploma qualification is not a must but preferable 
  • Willing to work SHIFT duty including weekends and public holidays 
  • Be passionate on the industry 
  • Problem solving skill / strong sense of ownership 
  • Responsible, independent, pro-active, self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure 
  • Highly discipline 
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Word / Excel) 
  • Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage 
  • Immediately available is preferred
