Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming call on vendor / customer enquiries on online business and related services
- Support sales team work, include but not limited to preparation of invoices & reports
- Follow up after-sales service
- Take up ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- 2 year relevant working experience
- E-commerce working experience will be an added advantage
- Diploma qualification is not a must but preferable
- Willing to work SHIFT duty including weekends and public holidays
- Be passionate on the industry
- Problem solving skill / strong sense of ownership
- Responsible, independent, pro-active, self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Highly discipline
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word / Excel)
- Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
