POSITION/ DUTY

• Communicate and identify financial needs for clients
• Analyze and provide total package financial services planning
• Provide prompt client services including banking, investment and insurance.
• Handling clients' enquiries, monitoring, funds transfer, preparing marketing presentations etc.
• To develop future business opportunity by maintaining good relationship with clients.
• Maintain regular contact and deliver quality services for existing clients
• Proactively share own experience to the team and facilitates team development in the quality of service provided
• Support the business unit in marketing and promotion activities and events

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Able to Read Chinese words✅ University graduate ✅ Able to provide flexible, creative and authoritative service recovery solutions and alternatives to customers✅ Good leadership skill to drive the multi-functionaltaskforce for implementation✅ Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management✅ GOOD command of written and spoken Chinese, Good in English✅ A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills✅ Good knowledge of financial operations ideally ✅ Welcome Fresh Graduate/ IANG holder/ Dependent visa holders
