Secretary (New Headcount)

Sun Yik Food Limited

Since SUN YIK establishment in 1990, Its always upheld the business philosophy of honesty and pragmatism as well as a rigorous an professional approach to provide quality and healthy food for the catering industry and public in China, Hong Kong and Macau. The Company is constantly expanding and growing with portfolio of brands and businesses, and we are now looking for a secretary to join our company to support current expansion.

Duties:

  • Responsible for document translation
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Management
  • Manage schedules, appointments and meetings
  • Arrange and participate in meetings and conferences, and take minutes
  • Mainland China and overseas travelling may be needed
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Simple PA jobs

Requirements:

  • High Diploma holder; Student member of ICSA / HKICS or above is preferred;
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience is preferred, but not a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
  • Good learning and time management, good team player
  • Immediately available preferred

*Candidate with less experience or qualification will be also considered for the position ofJunior Secretary.

Job Offer:

  • Work days: 5.5-days week
  • Work hours: 9.5 hours per day
  • Work location: San Po Kong(near MTR station)
