工作時間: 每星期一至五
上班時間 : 10:00 -19:00
職責:
· 通過電話和電子郵件與客戶互動，推廣本會的產品或活動
· 通過跟進客戶的轉介，與客戶建立良好的關係
· 在銷售完成後維持客戶關係，以確保對本會的持續滿意度
· 透過了解客戶需要，發展及強化客戶群組以達到指定銷售目標
工作要求 :
· 至少 1 年或以上電話銷售話務中心工作經驗
· 精通廣東話、英語和普通話
· 擁有豐富的說服技巧
· 具有直接行銷或促銷經驗者優先
· 基本電腦運用
