- Handle clients’ inquiries and complaints via inbound call in a professional manner
- Provide face to face banking service to clients in the branch
- No selling and cold call
Requirements:
- Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Experienced in banking industry and customer service is an advantage
- Immediately available in an advantage
