Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, responsible and pleasant individual to assist us in our customer service and business operations. We provide on-going training and we are looking for the right candidates to grow with us.
Responsibilities
You will be assigned to provide:
- Customer sales support, including handling phone and email enquiries
- Provide customer support in product/service ordering, booking arrangements, purchase incentives and promotions
- Proactively listen to customers' needs and provide relevant solutions to their problems
- Handle customer follow up and ensure service quality is maintained
- Handle Vendor Support
- Support simple operations activities such as uploading and updating vendors, products and services content online and all other booking information
- Support business operations with regular data entry and information upload
- Provide admin support for the BD team as well as any Adhoc tasks
Requirements
- University degree holder
- Passionate about health and wellness and open to learning
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese). Mandarin is an advantage
- Advanced communication skills are required in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing.
- Tech-savvy
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience
- Presentable and health-conscious
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoys connecting with people
- Possess a calm, patient and mature personality
- Resourceful, self-motivated, organized, diligent and a team player with good working attitude
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining the set priorities in a start-up environment.
