Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-to-one marketing / sales to prospective customers through telephone calls in a professional manner and send out relevant marketing information through email
  • Manage a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow-up actions required
  • Understand and communicate up-to-date information on the products and services offered by HKTDC
  • Maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone calls and emails
  • Convey customers’ feedback to the supervisor
  • Provide after sales services and administrative support when necessary
  • Contract until 31 Dec 2021 (On completion, renewal of contract might be offered, yet subject to the business needs and performance of the individual)

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above
  • Experienced in telesales; currently working in related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with good telephone manner
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and result-oriented
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Short-term contracts can be offered
  • High school diploma or above, fresh graduates are welcomed
