職責 :
- 通過在線聊天系統為現有客戶介紹公司最新推廣優惠，協助客戶完成登記；解釋產品及服務 詳情及解答疑難
- 調查客戶對平台意見
- 致力提供優質的客戶服務，建立和保持良好的客戶關係，提高客戶留存率
資歷 :
-中五程度
-良好粵語、普通話; 一般英語
-主動積極
-具良好溝通能力
待遇 :
-月薪$13,000另加業績獎金，合計約18-22k
-酌情性花紅
-年假8天
-銀行假期
工作時間：
星期一至五: 上午10時半至下午7時半, 5天工作
