Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for networking equipment installation, maintenance, and field support for wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Provide on-call support for production incidents, emergency on-site support
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users on hardware, software, and computer services
- Provide ad-hoc support for urgent incidents and support activities
- Handle and manage different projects based on the company development policy
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage desktop and server-side hardware, operating systems, and system applications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1-year relevant work experience in SI, solutions or technology company is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Helpdesk Engineer
- Experience in support Switch, Router, Wireless, Firewall, Network Security, and other IT equipment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong self-motivation to learn
- Be presentable and able to communicate well with internal users and external parties
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
