工作內容：
• 支援客戶關於網絡覆蓋問題的任何查詢及跟進客戶個案
• 遵循客戶服務工作流程
• 積極主動學習及掌握最新知識，促進日常工作效率

工作要求：
• 中五/中學文憑或以上程度
• 良好的粵語及英語語言和書寫能力
• 良好的電腦應用，例如互聯網， PowerPoint、Excel 和 MS Word 等
• 上班地點：屯門
• 上班時間： 9am – 8pm （可彈性安排）
