職務: 

• 透過熱線/ 電郵/ 線上對話解答客戶查詢                        

• 協助客戶有關餐飲預約、行程規劃、購物、娛樂、康體等活動之查詢和要求                            

• 與客戶建立良好關係,並了解客戶需要 

• 全職:每星期5-6天,每天8-9.5小時  

職位要求: 

• 中五/中學文憑或以上程度                           

• 能操流利日語、流利廣東話及簡單英語                          

• 具備良好溝通及解決問題的技巧                           

• 懂基本電腦操作者優先
