Responsibilities:
- Develop clothing product design, including theme, color, fabrication, styles and fashion graphics;
- Source and develop seasonal fabric to meet the business need;
- Conduct marketing research and fashion trend analysis;
- Collaborate closely with Design & product development, marketing, and production teams from product concept, planning to production;
- Initiate and follow up on all sample-making related progress improvements and development to include all related presentation and documentation;
- Prepare product presentation materials.
Requirements:
- 5+ year’s solid experience in ladies wear or kids wear R&D;
- A creative and passionate person with good fashion sense and design knowledge;
- Good team player and able to work independently;
- Willing to travel and able to work under pressure;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Skillful in Photoshop, 3D software (Browzwear or CLO) is preferred.
