薪酬：每月港幣＄16,000-18,000
職責：
- 處理客戶的查詢及投訴
- 與客戶建立及維持良好關係
- 記錄用戶意見及回饋
要求：
- 需具1年或以上客戶服務經驗
- 大專或以上學歷優先
- 良好溝通技巧及能獨立處理日常工作
- 良好粵語及英語
- 熟悉電腦操作及中文英文打字
