Handle enquiry & complaint,day-to-day front desk duties,
e.g. general enquiry (phone/email), registration, check-in/out, reservation, cashier etc.;
Cooperate w/housekeeping team for rooms related issue incl.rooms status, defect rooms & maintenance orders
