工作職責： 

- 向客戶提供高品質的國際房產顧問服務，包括專業諮詢、談判溝通、文件準備處理、售後服務，等 

- 透過線上線下渠道執行銷售和行銷策略支持業務發展 

- 海外公幹，包括國內和海外出差、調動派駐 

- 根據業務發展需要執行其他相關任務 

 

工作要求： 

- 精通英語、粵語和普通話，精通額外其他語言者加分 

- 思路清晰，談吐大方，擁較強的問題解決能力、溝通和人際交往能力 

- 中國內地或海外讀書、生活或工作背景，優先考慮 

- 歡迎應屆畢業生、IANG、高才通人才 

- 有相關工作經驗或銷售經驗者加分，歡迎其他行業顧問轉職 

- 歡迎其他行業轉職、或 Part-time 兼職

 Job Responsibilities: 

- Provide customers withhigh-quality international real estate consulting services, including professional consulting, negotiation and communication, document preparation and processing, after-sales service, etc. 

- Execute sales and marketing strategies to support business development through online and offline channels 

- Overseas business trips to mainland China / overseas, global transfers and assignments opportunities within the group 

- Perform other related tasks, ad hoc tasks according to business development needs 

 

Job Requirements: 

- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, proficiency in additional languages would be a plus 

- Clear headed and logical, presentable, strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills 

- Background of studying, living or working in China or overseas would be preferred 

- Welcome fresh graduates, IANG, and highly talented individuals 

- Applicants with relevant work experience or sales experience would be preferred 

- Consultants from other industries are welcomed 

- Welcome cross-industries and part-time
