Administrator Sales & Marketing Support

Requirements：

• HKDSE or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience in sales administration or customer services
• Willing to learn, careful and responsible.
• Able to work independently and can work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Excel , Outlook and SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to sales and marketing team.
• Demand forecast, purchase order placement monitoring and follow up.
• Follow up payment and logistic arrangement to the team.
• A fast learner with the ability to work independently.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
