主要職責:
-處理一般呼叫中心職責 (包括來電、手機通訊應用程式之訊息和快遞安排);
-在中心提供良好的客戶服務;
-確保以專業的方式處理電話和電子郵件;
-解答及跟進病人的查詢和預約;
-協助完成主管交辦的臨時任務

職位要求:
-中六或以上程度
-有相關客戶服務工作經驗(醫療/保健行業優先考慮)
-懂CRM客戶關係管理系統處理客戶問題
-以客戶為先的態度、正面和良好溝通技巧;能講廣東話、英文和普通話會優先考慮
-帶領團隊經驗者優先考慮

Responsibilites
-
Handle general call center duties including incoming calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, and courier arrangements
- Ensure that calls and emails are handled according to the company’s service level with professional manner
- Answer / follow up patient‘s inquiry and appointment booking
- Any assigned responsibilities by supervisor

Requirements
-
HKCEE or above with at least 1 year working experience in imaging centres or medical centres
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners
- Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage but not must
- Fresh graduated with Tourism and Hospitality Management background is preferred
