Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise accounting teams, including daily accounting operations, account receivables, cash flow and other treasury functions
- Review reports generated by various credit card payment portals (Global Payment, Ocean Payment, Eway, etc)
- Monitor the invoice issuance processes and communicate with sales team regularly to make sure invoices are settled at a timely manner
- Coordination with different operation teams to ensure receipts and payments are duly authorized and being timely arranged
- Oversee the cash flow positions and prepare relevant reports as required by management
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with qualification in professional accounting body
- At least 3 year relevant experience in sizable company, preferably in retail/healthcare industries
- Proficiency in MS Excel and/or good knowledge in XERO is a definite advantage
- Positive attitude, independent, well-organised and committed in personality
- Able to meet deadline and willing to work overtime when necessary
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
