Job Info

 Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, samples and materials 
  • Update project management system daily. 
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, ensuring their needs are met as projects evolve. 
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues and blockers. 

  

Requirements: 

· 1-2 years of relevant experience or open to Fresh Graduates. 

· 3-4 years or more experience may qualify for a Project Coordinator role. 

· Diploma or certificate in related field. 

· Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is essential. 

· Detail-oriented, independent and self-motivated 

· Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment 

· Strong team player with passion and commitment 

· Excellent communication and organizational skills 

· Efficient project or order management abilities.
