Responsibilities:

  • Generate new Business opportunities 
  • Selling and promoting professional services to prospective clients 
  • Hunting new prospects and prospecting new customers, develop sales activities and achieve personal sales target in B2B or SME segment, especially in restaurants cleaning & office cleaning also Annual Maintenance Packages 
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships & Account management 
  • Proactively visit customers, make cold calls and conduct strategic account reviews 
  • Participate during promotional events and exhibitions.  
  • Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness 
  • Meet personal and team sales targets 

Requirements:

  • Hunter and Go Getter Attitude 
  • Track record of over-achieving quota 
  • University Degree Holder in any disciplines 
  • Minimum 1-2 year relevant sales experience 
  • Being aggressive, good communication & presentation skills 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure 
  • Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target 
  • Good command of English and Chinese 
  • Experience in selling professional service is added advantage 
  • Feel comfortable in making cold calls and walkins
