E-commerce Specialist 電子商務專員

Job Descriptions 職位內容:

• Responsible for online sales and daily operations of online shops 負責網上商店及電商營運流程
• Provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services 提供快捷客戶服務，包括產品查詢, 訂單及售後服務
• Formulate and execute marketing and promotional activities associated with E-commerce business 統籌及實行網店銷售宣傳活動
• Manage social media accounts and create digital contents. 處理網上社交媒體宣傳
• Assist in offline sales and marketing activities if necessary. 協助線下宣傳及銷售事務

Job Requirements 職位要求:  

• Diploma or above in Marketing / E-Commerse or other business-related disciplines 文憑或以上: Marketing, E-commerse 或其他工商管理有關學科;
• Familiar with social medias like Facebook and Instagram; 熟悉社交媒體應用;
• Experience in eCommerce or online marketing is an advantage ; 有網店管理及網上宣傳經驗更佳;
• Interested in online business, search engine optimization and social media marketing 對線上營運、SEO 及社交媒體宣傳有興趣;
• Good command in Chinese and English. 能中英文書寫及溝通
