工作內容:
· 了解顧客要求, 提供優質會員服務
· 協助會員處理一切有關會籍事宜，包括機票行程及酒店預訂
· 接聽及處理客戶來電的查詢及投訴
工作要求:
· 中五或以上程度
· 學位持有者 / 旅游業經驗者優先
· 具良好中英文溝通能力 (薪金視乎個人英文程度作調整)
· 具良好服務態度及應對技巧
