Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and outstanding customer service
- Handle and follow up customers inquire and complaints via inbound call
- No selling and cold call
Job Requirements
- Good command of both English and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh Graduates will also be considered
- Immediately available is an advantage
Package
- Salary range $15000 - $18000
- 5 days work week (On shift)
- 14 days annual leave
- Non-Contributory Provident Fund
