Job Description
v Handle full set of air import and export documentation
v Monitoring to the cargo and shipment status and update to the customers
v Communicate and keep good relationship with co-loader
v Answer customer’s queries
v Internal ERP and vendor system handling
v Assist on preparing monthly sales report
v Issue shipment invoice to customers are under KPI index
v Job cost update and verification
v Import and export declaration
v Report to Operations Manager
v Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements (Job Specification)
v Form 5/HKDSE Graduated
v Experience in air freight
forwarder knowledge with 3 years related working experience (*Experienced on air export shipment or cosol shipment is an advantage)
v Experience with negotiating with co-loader is a must
v Familiar in Microsoft applications
v Skillful in customer communication
and problem solving
v Strong adaptability and good team player
v Willing to learn and work overtime when required
v Able to work under pressure
v Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Spoken and written Indonesian is a plus)
v More experience candidate will be considered as Senior position
