E-Commerce Clerk

Job Description

As an E-Commerce Clerk, your role with us involves:

• Approve products from merchants on a daily basis;
• Enhance product titles for various categories;
• Assist in creating new products;
• Work with the CS team to manage requests from merchants or users;
• Plan to create new categories;
• Keep tracking new attributes for various kinds of products;
• Test functionalities of search filters;
• Monitor daily posts on the second-hand platform;

• DSE or above
• At least 1-year working experience in any discipline
• Detail-minded, well-organized, and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willing to work on repetitive tasks independently
• Patient, careful, responsible manners, and works well as a team
• Keen sense of market trends would be an advantage
