Job Info
職責：
- 推廣信用卡、貸款業務相關活動
- 處理客戶查詢/客戶服務及申請相關事宜並提供優質的服務以滿足他們的需求
- 處理信用卡、貸款申請之初步審核
- 處理分行日常營運，資料輸入及其他文職工作
工作要求：
- 文憑或以上
- 具備銷售或客戶服經驗優先
- 能操流利廣東話，基本英語及普通話
- 具基本電腦文書技巧及中文輸入法
- 積極主動、勤奮上進及善於與人溝通
- 具備團隊精神
- 每星期輪班 作五天, 每天 9 小時 (包括星期六,日及公衆假期)
- 多區工作地點可供選擇 – 遍及港九新界
- 需穿著整齊制服
